We are founded by a 5-star professional dog trainer and lover, this team is committed to supporting each pup’s mental and physical well-being in a nurturing environment where they can play, learn, and thrive.
Wen Tze - Club Director
Meet our Founder and Director, Wen Tze. She’s the Founder and Lead Dog Trainer for Back to Basics Dog Training and seasoned pet care pro. With a rich animal care background in veterinary, pet insurance, daycare, boarding, and training field, she’s dedicated to pet well-being. Having nurtured and trained 600+ dogs and assisted countless families, her passion drives results. Wen Tze is well known by her clients to provide warm and loving attention to each pet’s unique needs and preferences, creating a home away from home for their furry companions.
This is the mission of Posh Pet Club and alongside her team, she’s thrilled to enhance your dog’s daycare, boarding, grooming and training experience.
Nelida – Club Manager
I’m Nelida! I’ve been working with dogs professionally for over nine years and am a certified dog trainer with experience managing dog daycare facilities throughout Chicago. My passion has always been helping dogs thrive while building strong relationships with their families.
What I love most about Posh Pet Club is our commitment to putting dogs first. We truly understand canine behavior and are always looking for ways to raise the bar in pet care. Our team is dedicated to creating a safe, enriching, and positive experience for every dog, and I’m proud to be part of a company that genuinely cares about both pets and their people.
Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering, exploring nature, hiking, spending time by the lake, listening to music, and making memories with friends and family
Destiny - Pack Leader
Hi! I’m Destiny, and I’m so proud to be part of the Posh Pet Club team. I chose to work at PPC because of my deep love for animals and the joy I get from caring for them every day. Getting to know each dog’s personality and building trust with them is truly the best part of my job.
Outside of work, I love being creative—whether it’s through content creation, planning fun daycare events, or learning more about dog behavior. I hope pet parents know that I treat every pup like they’re my own and that I’m here to make sure their pets feel safe, loved, and happy while they’re with us.
Mel - Canine Comfort Specialist
Hi, I'm Mel! I'm very grateful to be a part of the Posh Pet Team. Since I was a very young, I knew I wanted to work with animals. I love dogs and trained my own feisty chihuahua when I was a kid! Whether it was for reactivity, basic obedience, or cute tricks, I educated myself and worked on it all. The time and dedication it takes to deeply bond and gain the trust of a dog is like nothing else in the world. I've dedicated the past 4 years to dog care; working mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights. If a dog needs care, I will be there no matter the time and work it takes to make sure they get what they need. The quality of love and care for our furry family members comes first.
My goal in life is to continue to provide high-quality care to dogs. Dog care is a space where I feel at home and where I thrive, and I hope to give that back to the pups just as much if not more. Dogs have motivated me to take care of myself through developing healthy routine, fitness, immense gratitude, and resilience. It's my duty to make sure they develop healthily as well.
Zoe - Canine Enrichment and Care Specialist
Hi, I'm Zoë! I've been working professionally with dogs for about 2 years. What I love most about Posh Pet is our teams ability to make every dog feel like our own and getting to know each of them personally. Outside of work I enjoy, cooking and baking from scratch, knitting/crocheting and always looking for a good book.
